Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

- You drive the global launch and go-to-market strategy for VUZE, Siemens Healthineers’ new intra-operative guidance platform for spine surgery.
- You identify, develop, and engage strategic accounts, early adopters, reference sites, and clinical Key Opinion Leaders to accelerate market adoption and strengthen the clinical and commercial presence of VUZE.
- You lead educational initiatives and training programs for internal teams and external customers, ensuring key stakeholders gain a strong understanding of VUZE and mobile C-arms in spine surgery applications.
- You collaborate with regional and country organizations, particularly across North America and EMEA, to expand the VUZE user base and increase market awareness.
- You develop concepts and initiatives that generate new business opportunities and support pipeline growth in close partnership with regional and local sales teams.
- You gather customer insights, identify market needs, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Product Management.
- You establish yourself as a trusted expert in image-guided spine surgery, advising colleagues and customers on the clinical use of the VUZE platform, including support for clinical cases when required.
- You support customer presentations and sales campaigns for strategically important accounts.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You hold a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Engineering, Radiological Technology, Health Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or bring equivalent professional experience.
- You bring many years of relevant professional experience within the medical device industry, ideally in image-guided surgery, surgical imaging, or related technologies.
- You combine technical, clinical, or healthcare expertise with commercial experience in the medical device industry.
- You demonstrate a successful track record in business development, sales, clinical applications, or commercial growth initiatives.
- You identify and convert strategic business opportunities through a strong commercial mindset and customer-focused approach.

Your attributes and skills:

- You build trusted relationships with clinical decision-makers, healthcare leaders, and Key Opinion Leaders, leveraging your strong communication skills and business-fluent English proficiency to engage effectively in an international environment.
- You navigate complex clinical environments with professionalism, credibility, and emotional intelligence.
- You listen carefully, understand customer needs and clinical workflows, and build strong, lasting relationships.
- You take ownership, proactively move initiatives forward, and focus on delivering results.
- You work effectively in cross-functional and international environments and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- You understand operating room workflows and the requirements of the clinical environment.
- You are willing to travel internationally up to 60% of the time.
