What you´ll do:
As Global Employer Brand Lead, you play a key role in developing and activating our employer brand internally and externally across our global markets. Your main responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing our global employer branding strategy and identifying priorities to continuously support and enable Alfa Laval’s growth.
- Creating plans and creative content for digital campaigns for employer branding in collaboration with our agencies and global colleagues.
- Aligning and collaborating with colleagues in Group Communication on brand compliance, social media governance, and internal communications.
- Guiding, training, and developing tools to enable Talent Acquisition teams and other colleagues to activate local employer branding initiatives.
- Developing and promoting our employee advocacy program ‘Blue Ripples’ in collaboration with our external vendor.
- Advising and managing a complex internal stakeholder landscape while maintaining momentum.
- Leveraging market insights and performance metrics to measure business impact.
About you
You are passionate about working at the intersection of branding, marketing, talent acquisition, HR, and leadership. You also check these boxes:
- Relevant degree in HR, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
- 8+ years’ experience leading employer branding or talent marketing in global organizations.
- Proven track record of driving successful employer brand initiatives.
- Comfortable with both strategic leadership and hands-on teamwork.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across all levels and cultures.
- Strong project and agency management skills.
- Skilled at engaging stakeholders across departments.
- Analytical, creative, and curious.
- Global, matrix organization experience and proven ability to navigate that.
- Experience with early-career programs is a bonus.
- Passion for storytelling and creating engaging brand experiences.
- Passion for technology and growing the company.
