주요 업무
- 숙련된 연구원들의 Guide에 따라 다양한 특성 분석을 위한 샘플 제작
- 숙련된 연구원들의 Guide에 따라 formulation 샘플을 제작
- Track 장비를 사용하여 웨이퍼 위에 spin coating으로 박막을 만들고, 관련 테스트 및 실험을 진행. (광학분석 및 패터닝 등을 진행함)
- 숙련된 연구원들과 진행한 결과에 대해 논의 및 협업
요구 역량
- 2년제/4년제 대졸자
- Chemistry, Material science, Chemical engineering 및 유사 전공자
- 새로운 직무와 요구사항에 대한 빠른 이해와 적응, 학습능력
- 정확한 실험 수행 및 데이터 정리 능력
- 원만한 인간관계 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 높은 수준의 안전의식
- 기본적인 영문 읽기와 말하기 능력
