About this role

At Geely, our story began in 1986 with a simple but powerful idea, an idea that has driven us to become one of the world’s most forward-thinking automotive groups. For nearly three decades, we’ve been redefining mobility through our iconic global brands, including Geely Auto, Volvo Cars, Polestar, Lotus, Zeekr, Lynk & Co, the London Electric Vehicle Company, Farizon, and more. We are Geely Auto UK, the UK arm of Geely Auto Group. Having entered the market in 2025 with our first electric SUV, the Geely EX5, we’re continuing to grow rapidly as we build a nationwide dealer and service network.

The role is offered as a 16-month fixed-term contract to provide cover for a period of maternity leave, and carries full responsibility for the function and its team for the duration of the contract.

Main responsibilities:

- Dealer Standards, Policies & Guidelines: Own the dealer standards framework, manage audits, monitor non-compliance and oversee Corporate Identity requirements and support payments.
- Dealer Contracting & Set-Up: Manage dealer agreements and documentation, maintain the contract register, support new dealer/Authorised Repairer applications and ensure accurate system set-up.
- Dealer Programmes & Projects: Lead key programmes including Customer Satisfaction, Mystery Shopping, Balanced Scorecard, Dealer Composite, DealerWeb/CitNOW, Dealer Portal and dealer incentive programmes.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the central Dealer Operations team, setting priorities, managing workloads and building team capability as the department grows.
- Budget & Supplier Management: Manage the Dealer Development budget, supplier relationships and contracts, including invoicing, reconciliation and dealer contributions.
- Reporting & Insight: Provide accurate reporting and analysis on dealer standards, programme delivery and network performance, supporting leadership and Regional Dealer Development Managers

Education, Skills and Personal characteristics required:

- Bachelor’s degree or above, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant automotive experience gained with a vehicle manufacturer, national sales company, importer or major dealer group.
- Demonstrable experience in dealer standards, dealer contracting or network operations within a franchised automotive environment.
- Experience managing programmes and third-party suppliers from specification through to delivery.
- Experience leading, developing and managing a small team.
- Working knowledge of dealer financial reporting and composite data would be an advantage
