About the role

As our Procurement Data Analyst - BI Manager Specialist, you'll help transform complex procurement and supply chain data into actionable insights that support better business decisions. You'll work across topics such as price variance analysis, PPV reporting, stock insights, batch size optimization, and procurement performance analytics. Working closely with procurement leaders, suppliers, and digital teams, you'll build reporting solutions and dashboards that create transparency, consistency, and stronger decision-making across the business.

Required Qualifications

- Built data analytics, reporting, and visualization solutions that enabled business decision-making.
- Delivered Power BI dashboards used by procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing stakeholders.
- Developed reporting or analytics solutions using SAP or SAP HANA.
- Worked in a manufacturing environment with responsibility for data-driven business insights.
- Applied procurement or supply chain experience to improve operational or commercial outcomes.
- Used fluent Czech and English in a professional business environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Created data solutions using SAP-related procurement platforms such as Coupa.
- Applied programming skills to automate reporting, analytics, or data management activities.
- Worked on change management initiatives linked to digital transformation.
- Explored AI or GenAI applications within analytics and reporting environments.

- Dashboards and KPI reporting that help stakeholders make faster, fact-based decisions.
- Standardized reporting approaches that improve consistency and data governance across functions.
- Strong partnerships with procurement leaders, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
- New ways of working that challenge existing processes and improve how procurement insights are delivered.

If you've worked in a role where you built Power BI dashboards, delivered SAP-based reporting, or influenced procurement decisions through data, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn business questions into practical analytical solutions and create value through trusted insights.

Life on the team

You'll join the Local EMEA Pack Procurement team in Kladno, supporting the supply of materials required for production as well as areas such as energy, facilities, construction projects, and professional services. It's a highly collaborative environment where stakeholder management is central to success. We value structured problem-solving, business curiosity, and the ability to connect data with real business outcomes. You'll work with colleagues across procurement and digital functions while helping shape how insights are used throughout the organization.

What success looks like

After your first year, you'll have smoothly taken ownership of existing reporting and analytics activities while improving and challenging established ways of working. You'll be recognized as a trusted partner who has built strong relationships across procurement, supply chain, and supplier networks. Looking ahead, you'll help strengthen data-driven decision-making across the function while working closely with the Procurement Director EMEA Pack, regional and global procurement colleagues, suppliers and the local digital team
