Chauffer/Professional Driver

We’re partnered with a fast-growing product development company based in Gibraltar, and they’re looking for a professional and highly reliable driver to become a trusted part of their team.

This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for transporting senior team members, executives and visitors across Gibraltar and the surrounding areas, from meetings and appointments to airport transfers and cross-border journeys into Spain.

You’ll be someone who takes pride in being professional, discreet, punctual and dependable, and who understands that the experience matters just as much as getting from A to B.

What you’ll be doing

- Driving senior team members and executives to meetings, offices, appointments and other destinations, ensuring they arrive safely and on time.

- Managing airport transfers, including tracking flights and adapting to delays or changes in arrival times.

- Planning efficient routes around traffic, border queues and changing schedules, using good local knowledge and initiative.

- Keeping the vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring it is clean, fuelled, serviced and always road-legal.

- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for executives, clients and visitors — you’ll often be one of the first people they meet.

- Communicating clearly with the team, including via Slack, and flagging any delays, issues or changes as early as possible.

- Handling last-minute changes calmly and professionally, using common sense to find the best solution.

What we’re looking for

- A full, clean driving licence and a strong track record of safe, confident driving.

- Fluency in English and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Previous experience in a professional driving, private, executive or chauffeur capacity would be highly beneficial.

- Additional professional driving qualifications or certifications would be a bonus.

- Exceptional reliability and punctuality - if you say you’ll be there at a certain time, you’re there.

- Strong knowledge of Gibraltar and the surrounding areas of southern Spain, including key routes and border crossings - or the ability and willingness to learn them quickly.

- A professional, discreet and approachable manner, particularly when dealing with senior executives and visitors.

- Good judgement and a calm head under pressure, especially when plans change at short notice.

- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently without needing constant direction.
