Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing management, tracking and updating of our internal revenue and invoicing trackers (PM Reports / CMTs)
- Complete month end responsibilities and any other monthly reporting needs, as required
- Explore solutions and new techniques for business improvement
- Process flows and design and documentations / training
- Cross functional system requirements and data gathering
- Understanding of data design and structural integrity
- Gather and prepare data to support analytics from a variety of data sources including internal systems, databases, excel spreadsheets and flat files, as well as, external sources if necessary
Qualifications
Experience:
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written, at least C1
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel)
- Some previous admin experience
- High degree of discretion when dealing with confidential documents
- Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and prioritize workload with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure with accuracy and meet tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
