About this role
- Experience operating or setting up multi-spindle machines, particularly Davenport machines, is an advantage.
- Degree or related courses from accredited colleges or universities is an advantage.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a practical understanding of machinery and mechanical processes.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, machining, engineering, or similar environment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of measurement and quality inspection processes.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve basic machine or production issues.
- Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow established processes and procedures.
