สรุปงานโดยย่อ**
เจ้าหน้าที่บริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคล (Personal Wealth Banker) จะเป็นผู้ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำทางการเงินแก่ลูกค้ารายบุคคลที่มีความมั่งคั่ง เพื่อช่วยให้ลูกค้าบรรลุเป้าหมายทางการเงินผ่านการบริหารจัดการพอร์ตการลงทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและการนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก**
* สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้ารายบุคคลที่มีความมั่งคั่งสูง (High Net Worth Individuals) และลูกค้ากลุ่มเป้าหมายอื่นๆ
* ทำความเข้าใจความต้องการทางการเงิน วัตถุประสงค์ และความเสี่ยงที่ลูกค้ายอมรับได้ เพื่อนำเสนอโซลูชั่นทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม
* ให้คำแนะนำและนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ทางการเงินที่หลากหลาย เช่น การลงทุน ประกันภัย กองทุนรวม และผลิตภัณฑ์ธนาคารอื่นๆ
* บริหารจัดการพอร์ตการลงทุนของลูกค้า ติดตามผลการดำเนินงาน และปรับกลยุทธ์ตามสภาวะตลาดและความต้องการของลูกค้า
* สร้างและพัฒนาธุรกิจใหม่ๆ เพื่อเพิ่มฐานลูกค้าและสร้างรายได้ให้กับธนาคาร
* ดำเนินการตามนโยบายและขั้นตอนปฏิบัติงานของธนาคาร รวมถึงกฎระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* เข้าร่วมการฝึกอบรมและพัฒนาความรู้ด้านผลิตภัณฑ์และการเงินอย่างต่อเนื่อง
คุณสมบัติ**
* ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน เศรษฐศาสตร์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
* มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีในธุรกิจธนาคารพาณิชย์ หรืองานด้านการบริหารความมั่งคั่งส่วนบุคคล
* มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการทางการเงินต่างๆ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งผลิตภัณฑ์การลงทุนและประกันภัย
* มีใบอนุญาตผู้แนะนำการลงทุน (IC License) หรือใบอนุญาตที่เกี่ยวข้องจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
* มีทักษะการสื่อสาร การนำเสนอ และการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีเยี่ยม
* มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่ดี
* มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความกระตือรือร้น และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
* สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี (ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน) จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
