About this role
Core Responsibilities:
- Working directly with CI Manager on various assignments
- Generating standardized manufacturing routing instructions.
- Creating manufacturing work instruction redlines.
- Resolving product non-conformance, coordinating with the disposition and translating resolution into manufacturing order rework instructions.
- Supporting implementation of process improvement initiatives aimed at improving cost, schedule and quality.
- Tooling design modifications for improved production efficiency
- Generating Inspection work instructions
- Generating inspection reports for customer review
- Reviewing OEM technical data revision status
- Uploading documents into business online technical library
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
- Previous experience working with power/hand tools and measurement devices a plus
- CAD experience a plus
- Experience with MS Office preferred
Education Requirements:
- Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited university.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related.
