BHS/PBB Maintenance Supervisor - AVL Airport

ERMC Aviation is seeking a PBB/BHS Supervisor.
The selected candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of PBB and BHS equipment.
- Ensure timely and safe docking/undocking of PBBs during aircraft arrivals and departures.
- Monitor BHS performance and respond to system alarms or stoppages.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and maintenance teams to minimize delays.
- Liaise with maintenance contractors or internal engineering teams for preventative and corrective maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in airport ground handling or terminal operations.
- Proven supervisory or team lead experience.
- Technical knowledge of BHS and PBB systems.
- Familiarity with airport safety regulations and emergency procedures.

Standard qualifications:
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Completing • Must possess a Government ID and social security card. • Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. • Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. • Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces • Able to receive appropriate security clearances after completing a criminal background check. • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. • Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs. • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
