About this opportunity:

In Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) we are looking for a Distribution Manager to join the Supply & Logistics function. In this role, you will help, manage and develop reliable, cost-efficient global distribution flows that support customer demand and business continuity across our supply chain. You will coordinate international transportation across air, road and sea freight, working closely with logistics service providers, carriers, global HUBs, Ericsson Group Supply and internal Antenna System teams.

This position offers broad international exposure and the opportunity to influence end-to-end logistics operations through strong coordination, stakeholder management, analytical thinking and continuous improvement.

What you will do:

- Manage and coordinate global LSPs and transportation partners.
- Support and manage LSP contracts, service scope and operational performance.
- Ensure smooth end-to-end distribution flows and business continuity across the global supply chain.
- Coordinate air, road and sea transportation based on business requirements, cost and lead-time expectations.
- Collaborate closely with Ericsson Group Supply, global HUBs, internal AS teams and other supply chain stakeholders.
- Monitor transportation performance through agreed KPIs, identify deviations and drive corrective actions.
- Manage and follow up global distribution costs, including freight cost development, cost optimization and transportation efficiency.
- Support LSP invoice verification, freight cost allocation and resolution of invoicing discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for transportation optimization, consolidation, routing improvements and cost reductions.
- Support escalations related to transportation capacity, delays, service quality and supply continuity.
- Maintain a healthy and reliable distribution setup supporting customer demand and overall supply chain performance.

The skills you bring:

- Around 2+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, transportation, supply chain or a similar area, or a good practical understanding of these processes.
- Understanding of international transportation and different modes of transport: air, road and sea freight.
- Experience working with LSPs, carriers or logistics suppliers would be an advantage.
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Ability to work with transportation costs, invoices, KPIs and operational data.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills in an international environment.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, finance and global supply organizations.
- Analytical mindset with focus on cost, service level, lead time and continuous improvement.
- Good communication skills and ability to manage operational topics and escalations independently.
