Guest Services Ambassador

Work Schedule :
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with flexibility required based on patient volume. The schedule may occasionally be adjusted to 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM as needed. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Guest Services Ambassador to:

- Create a welcoming first impression by providing exceptional customer service and assistance to patients at the clinic entrance.
- Assist patients with entering and exiting vehicles, coordinate valet pick-up services, and help navigate the arrival process.
- Support patient mobility by assisting with wheelchair transfers and escorting patients to appointments as needed.

Work Experience

- Customer service experience, administrative support, retail, or related experience (Preferred)
