About this role
Job Purpose
Support sales success by delivering excellent operational execution while proactively contributing to business growth. Manage quotations, sales orders and customer opportunities, ensuring an efficient sales process and a seamless partner experience. Act as a trusted contact for assigned partners, working closely with internal teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Quotation & Sales Support
- Prepare accurate quotations based on customer requests and business opportunities.
- Ensure pricing, margins and commercial conditions comply with department policies.
- Follow up quotations proactively to maximise conversion into sales orders.
- Support partners with product information, pricing and commercial queries.
Sales Order Management
- Process and manage sales orders from creation to release.
- Monitor open orders, deliveries and backlog, keeping partners informed of progress and expected delivery dates.
- Resolve operational issues by coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts based on order status and expected shipment dates.
欄 Partner Management
- Build strong relationships with assigned partners, acting as their main commercial and operational point of contact.
- Understand partner needs, provide timely updates on quotations and orders, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Sales & Pipeline Management
- Maintain and proactively follow up sales opportunities and quotations through emails and outbound calls to maximise conversion into sales.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities by promoting relevant products, services and vendor campaigns to assigned partners.
SLA & KPI Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records and customer interactions while meeting departmental SLA targets.
- Review KPIs and reports to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Propose practical process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the partner experience.
️ Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Business Units and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes and ensure an excellent partner experience.
- Share knowledge and best practices to support team performance and continuous improvement.
