Make an impact on nursing excellence and patient care . In this key leadership role, you’ll partner with medical directors, physicians, and senior leaders to coordinate Nursing Services and strengthen the delivery of care across UC Health. Drawing on your clinical expertise, advanced education, and leadership experience, you’ll identify innovative ways to enhance quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness. You’ll also help build strong partnerships between physicians and hospital departments, aligning people and resources to improve the patient experience and support a seamless continuum of care.
Minimum Required: Masters Degree (MSN, MHA, or similar field). | Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio. BLS. Certification in specialty area required. | Greater than 3 years of nursing leadership.
