What You’ll Do:
- Own and implement asset handoff improvements in partnership with Email & Mobile Operations
- Provide QA support to help deliver accurate, consistent, and error-free client experiences
- Audit and centralize automated workflows and support the migration of content planning tools, including Smartsheet and Monday.com
- Develop governance standards, including link naming conventions and QA checklists
- Support the adoption of new systems, tools, and workflows to improve team efficiency
- Create and maintain process and training documentation for campaign execution
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing operations or a related field
- A college or university degree in a related field is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience supporting process improvements, workflow automation, and the adoption of new tools
- Familiarity with workflow management tools such as Smartsheet or Monday.com
- Familiarity with email service provider platforms, campaign QA processes, segmentation, and analytics
- Knowledge of link naming conventions and governance practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Comfort and confidence using digital and AI-enabled tools responsibly in your day-to-day work

The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
