Director Solutions Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy and experienced Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical trials and technology solutions, with a passion for helping clients optimize their recruitment and conduct processes. This role involves working closely with clients and internal cross-functional teams, and you'll be a visible, credible voice in every client conversation you join.

This role suits someone who gets energy from client interaction, learns fast, and enjoys turning complex operational problems into clear, workable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Become the product expert. Develop deep, hands-on mastery of the full platform, including its configuration options, workflows, integrations and limits. Be the go-to resource for internal teams and clients.
- Understand client pain points thoroughly. Learn the operational realities of sponsors, CROs and sites: enrollment delays, site burden, screen failure rates, data visibility, and regulatory and IRB constraints. Use that understanding to shape every recommendation.
- Lead discovery and solution design. Run structured discovery sessions, identify requirements (stated and unstated), and design tailored solutions that map platform capabilities to study goals.
- Deliver compelling demos. Build and present customized, story-driven demonstrations that speak directly to each audience, from clinical operations leads to executives.
- Support the sales cycle. Partner with Sales on RFPs, RFIs, sandbox evaluations, proposals and scoping. Serve as the technical and operational authority in pursuits.
- Bridge clients and Product. Bring structured client feedback, market trends and competitive insight back to Product to shape the roadmap.
- Enable handoffs to delivery. Make sure solutions sold are solutions delivered, with clean, well-documented handoffs to Customer Success and implementation teams.
- Build scalable assets. Create demo environments, use-case libraries, solution templates and internal training materials.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a solutions consulting or similar role, preferably in the clinical trials or healthcare technology sector.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working at a sponsor supporting clinical studies
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly language.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Advanced degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with all facets of study startup, enrollment and conduct technologies/vendors used for clinical trials
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
