Job Summary

We are looking for a UX / In-App Content Writer with 4+ years of experience in digital adoption, UX writing, and in-app content creation. The ideal candidate will create engaging user guidance, product microcopy, tutorials, and digital adoption content that enhances user experience and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Create clear, concise, and user-friendly content across multiple touchpoints including labels, menus, dialogs, notifications, tutorials, email templates, and in-app guidance.
- Develop interactive in-app experiences using WalkMe or Whatfix .
- Create content for blogs, newsletters, training materials, video tutorials, knowledge articles, and product documentation.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, Engineering, and Business teams to deliver consistent and intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research and competitor analysis to improve content strategy.
- Review business requirements and convert complex technical concepts into user-friendly content.
- Maintain content consistency through style guides and content standards.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with documentation processes.

Qualifications
