Work Experience

Must have at least 8-10 years of professional experience as Salesforce Developer preferably
with more than one Salesforce Certification. Architect Certifications and Platform Developer
2 certifications are added advantages.
• Lead a small team of 3-4 developers, review their code, ensure timely completion of
deliverables and accountable for the delivery of the assigned features for the team
• Solid experience working with clients across cloud transformation projects with focus on
Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Candidate should have Experience in Salesforce Omnistudio or Salesforce B2B Commerce
• Strong expertise in Core Salesforce development concepts – APEX, LWC, Visualforce pages,
API programming
• Should have good UI/UX skills and should be able to develop the UI pages aligned with
Caterpillar UX standards using LWC or similar frameworks
• Experience in AWS, Heroku, JavaScript, HTML, CSS or HTML5 would be an added advantage
• Candidate should have experience in integration of 3rd party applications into Salesforce
using both Web based technologies (Soap, Rest API) and integration / Middleware
• Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate
with Salesforce platform
• Strong exposure for Devops processes and hands on experience on deployment to salesforce
using Github
• Conduct code reviews, proof of concepts and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and SIT
Testing team
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, grooming, reviews, and
retrospectives.
• Experience in Agile Methodology or SDLC practices; in delivering component, product,
and/or enterprise architecture in public cloud and/or hybrid eco-systems
