What You'll Be Doing

- Lead and coordinate night shift quarry production activities to achieve safe, efficient, and consistent operations.
- Promote a strong safety culture by reinforcing safe work practices, identifying hazards, and supporting compliance with site procedures.
- Monitor crushers, screens, conveyors, and other production equipment to maintain product quality and maximize operational performance.
- Coordinate work assignments and provide hands-on guidance to team members to meet production priorities and daily goals.
- Partner with operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot equipment issues, minimize downtime, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What Are We Looking For

- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and effectively communicate with team members in a production or industrial environment.
- Working knowledge of aggregate production, crushing, screening, conveying, or similar heavy industrial operations.
- Strong commitment to safety with the ability to recognize hazards, reinforce safe work practices, and support established procedures.
- Ability to prioritize work, solve operational problems, make sound decisions, and respond effectively to changing production needs.
- Ability to work a night shift schedule and perform the essential functions of the position in a quarry and heavy industrial environment.

Conditions of Employment

- Successful candidate must submit to a post-offer background check, post-offer pre-employment physical examination, and drug screen.

Work Environment

- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

- Ability to frequently stand, walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and navigate uneven or elevated surfaces throughout the shift.
- Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed to support production activities.
- Ability to safely access and navigate quarry and plant equipment, including climbing onto and around crushers, screens, conveyors, and other production equipment for inspections and operational support.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and coordination, including using hand tools, operating controls, and handling materials or equipment.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and perform physical job duties for extended periods in an active quarry and production environment.
