Technology Service Desk Administrator

Worcester based with a balance of home and office working

£25,844 - £27,209 per year

35 hours per week

We have an opportunity for a Technology Service Desk Administrator to join our team based in Worcester.

In this role, you will provide an efficient and comprehensive administrative support service, in response to customer and organisational needs.

The role of Technology Service Desk Administrator will include:

- Providing administration support, including the preparation of reports, including delivery, improvement and maintenance of effective and efficient administration systems

- Providing high quality support services to ensure regulatory and other standards are continuously met or exceeded within the business

- Supporting the management and maintenance of relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately

- Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, liaising with relevant colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered

- Resolving problems or set into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed

Skills and experiences:

- Literacy and numeracy equivalent to passes in GSCE English and Maths

- NVQ3 in relevant area (e.g. business administration, customer service)

- Experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads

- Experience of undertaking a similar role

- Ability to extract and interrogate data from computer systems

- Ability to work independently and use own initiative

- Works well within a team based environment

- Good communication, interpersonal skills and customer care
