REQUIREMENTS
Seeking a lateral associate with a life science/biotech background and patent litigation experience encompassing all discovery stages, motion practices, and trial preparations. Candidate must have strong academic credentials as well as superior written and verbal communication skills. An advanced degree in biology, biomedical engineering or pharmaceutical sciences is strongly preferred.
