Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer

Your Responsibilities
 
As a Level 2 Deskside Support Engineer, you will serve as a key point of contact for end-user support and workplace services, ensuring the efficient operation of IT systems and infrastructure.
Provide deskside support for PCs, laptops, peripherals, and software-related issues
Resolve escalated Level 2 incidents and service requests
Troubleshoot and support Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services
Provide VPN and network connectivity support
Support business-critical applications and end users
Perform device imaging, configuration, deployment, and replacement activities
Manage Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot deployments
Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments
Support Exchange Online services
Manage user accounts, permissions, and identity-related requests
Assist with local office IT infrastructure support
Deliver onsite and remote end-user support
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues
Maintain accurate incident documentation and ticket management records
Your Profile
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support within enterprise environments
Strong hands-on experience with:
Windows 10 / Windows 11
Microsoft 365
Active Directory
Azure Active Directory
Exchange Online
Intune, SCCM, and Windows Autopilot
Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
Practical experience with ticketing systems
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Professional, customer-focused, and service-oriented mindset
Good communication skills in German and English
Nice to Have
Experience supporting international enterprise environments
Knowledge of endpoint management and modern workplace solutions
Familiarity with network fundamentals and VPN technologies
Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Relevant Microsoft certifications
