Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Achats Stratégiques pour les Lots de Travaux d'Aérostructure (f/h) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d' Airbus Commercial sur son site de Toulouse, Wings Campus - Blagnac .

Vous rejoindrez le département « Aerostructure Procurement », au sein d'une équipe de 6 personnes en charge des achats stratégiques des éléments d'aménagement de cockpit (Cockpit Furnishing) et de panneaux de plancher (Floor Panel) pour l'ensemble des familles d'avions commerciaux d'Airbus.

Votre stage consistera à soutenir l'achat de composants d'aérostructures intégrés dans tous les produits de la gamme Airbus. Vous contribuerez aux activités de sourcing, aux appels d'offres, à la négociation des contrats et au suivi quotidien de la performance des fournisseurs.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois , débutera idéalement en février 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

- Contribuer aux activités de sourcing, soutenir les appels d'offres et la négociation contractuelle afin d'obtenir les meilleures conditions d'achat (coût, qualité, délais) conformément aux exigences de l'entreprise.
- Suivre l'exécution des contrats tout au long de leur cycle de vie (phases d'innovation, développement, série et support) auprès des fournisseurs et des parties prenantes internes pour garantir le respect des engagements (Logistique, Support, Qualité, Coûts).
- Participer à la gestion quotidienne de la relation fournisseur et au suivi des projets en cours afin d'optimiser la valeur client tout en minimisant le coût total de possession (Total Cost of Ownership) et les risques.
- Apporter un soutien opérationnel à l'équipe achats sur la gestion des contrats et l'organisation d'ateliers internes (workshops).

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

- Négociation contractuelle et stratégies d'achats industriels.
- Analyse de données et étude de rentabilité (Business Case / Total Cost of Ownership).
- Gestion des parties prenantes et de la relation fournisseur (Stakeholder Management).
- Travail en équipe au sein d'un environnement international.

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Master 2, École de Commerce, Master Spécialisé Achats ou 5ème année d'école d'ingénieur (niveau Bac +5) en Achats, Supply Chain Management, Gestion de Projet ou un domaine équivalent .

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

- Sensibilisation à la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (Supply Chain Management) et aux processus d'achats.
- Notions en gestion et négociation de contrats.
- Analyse financière et de rentabilité (Business Case, analyse de coûts).
- Solides compétences analytiques et aisance avec le traitement de données.

Soft Skills :

- Proactivité, autonomie et grande capacité d'adaptation.
- Excellente aisance relationnelle et posture orientée service/équipe.
- Esprit d'initiative et curiosité pour le secteur aéronautique.

Anglais : Courant

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled: « Strategic Procurement for Aerostructure Work Packages (m/f) » has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in Toulouse (Wings Campus - Blagnac) .

You will join a team of 6 people in the "Aerostructure Procurement" department in charge of strategic procurement of Cockpit Furnishing and Floor Panels for all Airbus commercial aircraft families.

Your internship will consist of supporting the purchase of aerostructure components integrated across all Airbus product lines. You will contribute to sourcing activities, tendering, contract negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start in February 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

- Contributing to sourcing activities, supporting tendering processes, and contract negotiations to achieve optimal purchasing terms in line with company requirements.
- Monitoring contracts throughout their life cycle (innovation, development, serial, and support phases) with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure term compliance across all dimensions (Logistics, Support, Quality, Cost).
- Managing day-to-day supplier relationships and running projects to optimize customer value while minimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and risks.
- Supporting the procurement team with contract management tasks and organizing team workshops.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills :

- Contract negotiation and strategic procurement practices.
- Data analytics, business case modeling, and cost structure analysis.
- Stakeholder management and supplier relationship management.
- Cross-functional teamwork in an international environment.

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a Master's degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from a Business School, Specialized Master in Procurement, Engineering School, or University in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field .

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills:

- Awareness of Supply Chain Management and Procurement processes.
- Understanding of contract terms and negotiation fundamentals.
- Ability to perform business case analyses and financial/cost reviews.
- Strong data analytical skills and proficiency with office tools.

Soft Skills:

- Proactive, adaptable, and autonomous mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team spirit and motivation for the aerospace industry.

Language skills:

- English: Fluent
- French: Elementary
