We have an outstanding learning opportunity for an enthusiastic Bachelor or Master student who is interested in making a difference in Marketing at Kraft Heinz!

As a Marketing intern, you will be dealing with customer insights, innovative projects, product launches, intra-communication between the different marketing teams and effective product strategies.

The position

You will join the Marketing team and collaborate with Sales, Finance, R&D and agency partners. You will own defined workstreams within brand projects and support day-to-day brand management.

As an intern at Kraft Heinz, you will be trusted with meaningful responsibilities from the start. Alongside your day-to-day work, you will have opportunities to develop your professional skills, learn how different functions work together and build relationships across an international business. You are encouraged to ask questions, share ideas and bring a fresh perspective. You will receive support from colleagues while being expected to take ownership of agreed projects and deliverables.

Depending on your profile, your experience and interests, as well as the expertise of our Marketing leadership, you will be supporting one of the following teams:

- Sauces
- Drinks & Brunch
- Meals

What you’ll do

- Participating in and personal responsibility within various projects (such as brand activations) of one of our famous brands such as Heinz, Karvan Cévitam, Honig, Venz or De Ruijter (close collaboration with teams such as Sales, Finance and R&D).
- Contribute to major product launches and campaigns within one of the many Marketing teams mentioned above.
- Setting up and implementing packaging optimizations.
- Maintain and develop the content creation of social media channels for the brands within the Marketing teams.
- Develop new communication materials for our world-famous brands.
- Develop and run activation on shop floor (inside supermarkets) and online in co-operation with the Sales department.
- Assessing new packaging ideas and innovation for their profitability and sustainability
- Support with daily activities, the development of analyzes, websites, online activations, promotions, and packaging.

Job requirements

- You are enrolled at university during at least 50% of the duration of the internship.
- You are nearing the end of your bachelor's degree or pursuing your master’s.
- You have good knowledge of English and Dutch, both written and spoken. Dutch language skills are mandatory.

NOTE : EU working rights are required (Either you have an EU Citizenship, or you are studying in the Netherlands).

Recruitment process:

Note: The recruitment process can take 4/6 weeks in total

What we offer:

- Start date : February 2027
- Duration: 6 months

- Allowance: €625 per month (40 hrs, 5 days) & full reimbursement of travel expenses

- Location: Amsterdam, hybrid (home working in alignment with the team)
