We are currently looking for   an MH & Packaging Supervisor to join our team in Nissan Motor Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible MH-PKG and Supply Chain engineering will be responsible for supply chain and PKG engineering activities, inhouse designs and overseas factors (RFR, CFR, LCPU, cost…)

Packaging of Overseas & Local suppliers while also control and utilize MH operations and unpacking processes for current and new projects

Main Accountabilities / Responsibilities

MH-PKG Operations:

- Set and standardize operation sheets for all processes inside Material Handling / Unpacking area.
- Ensure effective application of Nissan Production Way at Material Handling Areas.
- Ensure lean parts layout / man map for unpacking area to receive parts from CKD and make distribution process
- Process improvement of Material Handling Processes including Unpacking, Kitting, picking, and feeding operations.
- Shopfloor and people management of Direct and semi-direct technicians.
- Issue maintenance technical requirements for handling tools and make annual plan
- Issue PR for all purchased tools / equipment and follow up till receiving at NMEG
- Make monthly report for MH/UP performance including breakdowns and achievement ratio.
- Setting MH KPT’s and monitor results on daily basis [breakdowns / discrepancy].
- Troubleshooting for any Quality, Cost, Time concern of parts during feeding.
- Decrease picking time at assembly lines by improving parts feeding layout.
- Translates ISO 9001 /14001 / 18001 requirement for MH / new packaging projects activity.
- Supporting all packaging activities.

Packaging Overseas & Local

- Lead 35 Local Suppliers Packaging & Transpiration activities That will impact 103K$/Year
- Monitor and Control Rack Filling Ratio (RFR) and Container Filling Ratio (CFR) to maintain best Logistics Cost per unit (LCPU) utilization for new projects and current models. That will Impact 54K$/Year
- Lead Packaging engineering activities in terms of boxes' type and loop size control within Nissan PKG Standard for current and new models' shipments to achieve best Packing cost utilization.
- setting all Inhouse PKG design/concept plan for new models and improvement plan for current models.
- Lead Part Presentation activities from PKG engineering and safety perspective on the Unpacking area and production lines (paint, body, assembly) for current and new models
