Job Summary The Field Recruiter is an activity-driven role responsible for building Elite’s pipeline of qualified, certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Aides (PCAs) in the Westchester, NY market. Unlike a traditional, passive recruiting role that relies on job-board sourcing, the Field Recruiter operates on the same activity-tracking model used by Elite’s marketing team: each week, the recruiter plans, completes, and logs a set volume of field activities on a calendar, including community outreach, employer and community partnerships, and HHA/PCA training-school relationships.
Those field activities generate a referral pipeline that the Field Recruiter screens, qualifies, and converts into new hires. While the core output of the role is field-sourced referrals rather than orientation delivery, the Field Recruiter maintains a working knowledge of Elite’s onboarding process and is able to step in and facilitate new-hire orientation when needed.

- Attendance at training-school graduations and certification ceremonies to recruit directly from a certified pipeline
- Referral-generation activities with current caregivers and field staff

- Attend graduations and class presentations to meet newly certified aides and recruit them directly into Elite’s hiring process.
Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Tracking
- Source candidate referrals generated through field activity and move them promptly into the hiring process.
