NHC HealthCare Columbia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.
This opportunity is ideal for a CNA who enjoys providing hands-on care and would like to work a concentrated weekend schedule.
Position Responsibilities
Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Assist patients and residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other personal care needs.
Take and record vital signs as directed.
Observe patients and residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility while following established safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Provide compassionate and respectful care to patients, residents, and families.
Follow infection control, safety, regulatory, and NHC policies and procedures.
Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Tennessee.
Ability to meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
Baylor Commitment Pay
CNAs who meet the requirements of the Weekend Night Shift Baylor Commitment will receive an additional $2.00 per hour added to their regular base rate of pay .
Eligibility and scheduling requirements are subject to NHC guidelines and center-specific requirements.
