- Escuchar, leer, escribir y realizar operaciones matemáticas básicas.
- Alta atención y precisión al detalle.
- Buena coordinación mano-ojo-pie.
- Capacidad de visión 20-20, o corregida.

Características deseables:
- Experiencia en líneas de producción o en Industria Médica.
- Experiencia en ensamblaje manual.
- Conocimiento de procedimientos de ensamble.
- Trabajo con herramientas manuales.
- Experiencia con equipos de control computarizado (microscopios, estereoscopios u otros sistemas de visión).
