Job Overview:
This position is responsible to plan, direct, coordinate, and control all activity of the Factulty Medical Center Internal Medicine or OB/GYN practices while maintaining compliance of all state, federal, Joint Commission regulations. Efforts are concentrated toward providing an efficient department that offers quality service to patients. This position works closely with the medical director of the residency program and other management within TriHealth to facilitate communication and ensure smooth operation of the department. Emphasis should be placed on creating a positive environment that fosters staff retention and development. This position should identify potential business and develop a plan to secure growth. This position has accountability for fiscal management, human resource issues, customer service and quality improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse

Conduct department huddles. Generally, clinical departments hold daily huddles, non-clinical hold weekly huddles.
Regularly Round on Team Members, using questions from the rounding log.
- 25 or fewer team members = monthly

Lead monthly team meetings using meeting agenda template; review stoplight report; cascade key leadership messages.
