Position Summary
Inteldot is seeking an Inventory Plan Control Specialist III to support warehouse and inventory operations at a Life Sciences facility in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will focus on inventory control, material handling, warehouse transactions, inventory accuracy, and the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, staging, material movement, and distribution.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete inventory transactions in applicable systems.
- Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, inventory reconciliations, and discrepancy investigations.
- Monitor inventory levels and support material availability and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure materials are properly identified, labeled, stored, and handled according to established procedures.
- Process and document material movements within the warehouse.
- Review warehouse and inventory documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and assist in resolving inventory discrepancies, shortages, damaged materials, and other warehouse-related issues.
- Follow established SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation practices.
- Maintain warehouse areas organized and compliant with applicable operational and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Quality, and other supporting functions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse and inventory processes.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, materials management, logistics, or supply chain .
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries preferred but not required.
- Experience with inventory management systems or ERP platforms such as SAP is preferred.
- Experience with cycle counting, inventory reconciliation, receiving, shipping, and material handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
- Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to work onsite in Jacksonville, Florida .
