IT Systems and Network Analyst - Cranleigh Abu Dhabi

Minimum Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

- 4-6 years' experience in IT systems administration, business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or educational technology environments.

- Experience working with enterprise systems, databases, and reporting tools.

- Previous experience within education or a multi-site organisation is desirable.

Job Specific Knowledge & Skills

- Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.

- Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Excel (advanced), SQL, and Microsoft Power Platform tools.

- Understanding of database structures, data modelling, and data governance principles.

- Experience working with cloud-based systems, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments.

- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Ability to interpret complex data and present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Understanding of information security, GDPR/data protection principles, and best practice data management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- This version positions the role as a hybrid IT Systems, Reporting & Data Analyst position, which is typically what schools need now rather than a traditional IT Support Officer.
