Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</span><span> </span></p></div><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead strategic Agentic AI and AI-powered application customer engagements, bringing deep expertise in application architecture, agent development, application modernization, and cloud-native development.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead cross-solution AI transformation by orchestrating technical expertise across AI & Apps, Business Applications, Security, Cloud & AI Platform, Data, engineering, partners, and field teams to address end-to-end customer priorities.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Win technical decisions through envisioning, architecture and design sessions, live demonstrations, rapid prototyping, proofs of concept, pilots, and resolution of technical blockers that accelerate production deployment decisions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Connect customer business and technology priorities to technical sales opportunities, competitive positioning, pipeline creation, customer commitment, and deployment outcomes.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead and scale a portion of the pre-sales business by identifying recurring customer patterns, shaping repeatable technical motions, and creating or reusing architectures, demonstrations, guidance, and assets that can be leveraged by the broader field.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Lead through influence across the Solution Engineering community by coaching peers, sharing best practices, raising technical capability, and creating clarity across complex cross-solution engagements without formal people-management authority.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Bring the best of Microsoft to customers by mobilizing the right engineering, specialist, partner, program, and field resources, and by sharing customer feedback and field learnings that help improve Microsoft offerings and go-to-market execution.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><h3>Required/minimum qualifications</h3><div><ul><li>Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 8+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 10+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></div><div><h3>Additional or preferred qualifications</h3><div><ul><li>10+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.</li><li>8+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.</li><li>Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).</li><li>Experience designing, deploying, and managing agentic AI solutions using Microsoft AI technologies.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud architecture, data, security, governance, and business applications.</li><li>Experience with modern development tools and languages such as GitHub, VS Code, Python, Node.js, Java, or C#.Ability to translate customer insights and emerging technology trends into scalable business and technical outcomes.</li></ul></div></div> <br><br><p>Solution Engineering IC6 -
