Job Description
The Business Insights & Analytics Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Business Development (BD) organization, enabling data-driven decision-making, client performance management, and business growth across the KBO cluster. The role is responsible for delivering actionable insights through client and market analytics, identifying performance gaps and growth opportunities, developing remediation plans, and driving execution in partnership with BD teams.
The position also leads the KBO AI, automation, and reporting transformation agenda, driving the adoption of AI-enabled solutions, business intelligence capabilities, and productivity-enhancing initiatives. In addition, the role supports key client events, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional projects that strengthen client relationships and contribute to commercial success.
All roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Business Development teams to provide client, portfolio, and market performance reporting, enabling informed decision-making and identifying opportunities to accelerate growth.
- Analyze client, product, market, and revenue performance to identify underperformance drivers, business risks, and growth opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations to improve results.
- Develop and track action plans with Business Development teams to address performance gaps, monitor progress, and drive accountability against agreed objectives.
- Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that provide timely visibility into country, client, product, and business performance.
- Lead regular business reviews by providing insightful analysis, performance commentary, and strategic recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on clients, industries, products, and strategic initiatives to uncover trends, opportunities, and commercial insights.
- Own and drive the KBO AI and Automation agenda, including identifying use cases, leading implementation of AI-enabled solutions, enhancing reporting capabilities, and increasing organizational productivity through automation.
- Support client-focused initiatives, events, and strategic programs, partnering with Business Development teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and measurement of outcomes.
- Coordinate with functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of data used for business performance management and reporting.
- Provide executive-ready insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business performance, emerging trends, risks, and opportunities across the cluster.
- Support the Head of Business Planning & Operations in driving commercial effectiveness, strategic planning, operational excellence, and key business priorities across the KBO sub-region.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business planning, analytics, strategy, consulting, financial services, or the payments industry.
- Strong experience in business performance management, reporting, analytics, and translating data into actionable insights.
- Proven ability to analyze client, market, product, and revenue performance and identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.
- Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and performance reporting.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with Business Development teams and senior leaders.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience driving AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
