Vous préparez, réglez et conduisez une machine à commandes numériques pour réaliser des pièces à l'unité ou en série, à partir du plan, de la feuille outils, provenant du service méthodes en respectant des normes de productivité et de qualité.

Tâches principales

- Utiliser et régler des machines à commande numérique pour effectuer des opérations d’usinage et activités connexes
- Effectuer des contrôles réguliers de la qualité des pièces usinées en fonction des spécifications des plans/gammes/Fiche auto-contrôle
- Effectuer la maintenance de 1er niveau (Machines, zones, 5S, ….)
- Déclarer les non-conformités réalisées, dans Oracle
- Effectuer le remplissage des documents (informatique et papier), ERP (état d’avancement), TRS (OEE)
- Réaliser les retouches de pièces
- Modifier les programmes sur commande numérique

Connaissances principales

- Disposer d’un niveau CAP
- Disposer de bonnes connaissances en mécanique générale
- Savoir régler une machine
- Être capable de lire et modifier des programmes sur machine à commandes numériques
- Assurer une attention liée aux travaux de haute précision(micron) à réaliser
- Savoir se conformer à des processus rigoureux
- Etre en mesure de réagir rapidement en situation d'urgence (gestion des priorités)
- Communiquer efficacement avec sa hiérarchie
- Savoir lire un plan
- Savoir contrôler sa production

Votre capacité à anticiper les dysfonctionnements et à réagir rapidement en cas d’urgence sera cruciale.

Vos horaires seront postés (3x7) , vous travaillerez dans notre atelier, avec une vigilance constante pour la sécurité.
