Job Description
We are looking for a Tourism Manager to lead the tourism strategy for Noventa Designer Outlet, one of Italy's premier shopping destinations.
In this role, you'll develop and execute the annual tourism business plan, build strategic relationships with tour operators and tourism stakeholders, identify new business opportunities and deliver initiatives that increase visitor numbers, footfall and revenue.

What you'll be doing
As Tourism Manager, you will drive commercial growth by delivering the annual tourism business plan for Noventa Designer Outlet, aligned with McArthurGlen's wider strategy and focused on maximising local and international opportunities.
You will build and strengthen relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, tourism boards and key industry partners, positioning the centre as a leading shopping destination. Working closely with centre and corporate teams, you will develop innovative partnerships and initiatives that increase visitor numbers and revenue.
You will also represent the business at industry events and trade shows, identify emerging market opportunities, and use tourism, sales and footfall data to measure performance, generate insights and shape future strategy.

Qualifications
- Proven experience working with tour operators, tourism boards, travel agencies and other industry partners.
- Strong B2B partnership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent networking, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Commercial awareness and experience using data and insight to drive results.
- Fluent Italian and English language skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
