Position Summary: Terminal Manager requires effective management of the various agency functions through hands-on involvement in all departments including: All agency personnel, document processing, operations, warehouse, recruiting, agency fleet, maintenance, compliance and overall profitability. Your management objective is absolute customer satisfaction while at the same time driving profitability and producing gross profit through efficiency and honesty and providing a pleasurable place to work for our fellow employees. The Terminal Manager is responsible for all daily functions of the facility and sets the tone with positive leadership and a can-do attitude .

- Lead contact and approver for Residential Sales and Commercial Sales
Be their primary contact on rates, exceptions, approvals, etc.
- Work with Commercial sales on scope, approvals, rates, etc.
- Participate in the monthly Retail Sales Meetings
- Engage with branch and corporate leadership on overall process for Retail sales team
- Approve Retail Sales Appointments and ensure they get to payroll on time.
- Review financial statements as it pertains to the operation
To include but not limited to: Gross profit, Pack ratios, Hourly labor spend, etc.
- Follow in real time open capacity, equipment status and quality scores.
- Work to understand and participate in OA/DA requirements and appointment setting
- Run the administrative functions of the branch
Facilities
- Scheduling
- Compliance
- Development
- Maintenance
- Service escalations
All OA/DA bookings serviced by branch
- POC for other Atlas Agents and fulfilling their needs
- Review and be POC for Ace Revenue on billing issues, escalations, etc.
- Claims escalations and review
With support from QCD
- Branch Expense Approval via OnBase

- Determine staffing requirements and work with HR to interview, hire and train new employees.

Technology Skills :
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
- Competent with Microsoft Teams.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years of related experience
- Ability to foster teamwork
- Decision-making and management skills are a must
- Project management skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements : P hysical demands listed below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- Assures that safety regulations are followed at all times
- Follows policies and procedures including infection control, universal pre-cautions and exposure control plans when performing daily tasks.
- Reports hazardous conditions, accidents, and incidents to the immediate supervisor
- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs.
- Requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching in the office setting.
- Could have exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, or chemicals in the office setting.
- Occasional travel will be required.
