Special Procedure RN

Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Special Procedure RN to join our Urology clinic. This role provides compassionate, patient-centered care by coordinating treatment for high-acuity patients, triaging needs, assisting with specialty procedures, and educating patients and families. The ideal candidate brings strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to supporting providers and the care team.

Location: 87th Ave (700 NE 87th Ave – Vancouver, WA 98664) with flexibility to cover Salmon Creek, as needed (2525 NE 139th Street – Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 7:45 a.m.–4:15 p.m.; Thursday OFF. This position is 32 hours per week, 0.8 FTE. Schedule and hours may change based on department needs.

Hiring range is between $42.69/hour - $54.38/hour, and placement in the range is based on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.

- Active Washington license within 60 days of hire or transfer if use multi-state licensure required.

- Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification. (Cardiology and ASC department requires ACLS)(Pediatrics department requires PALS).

- Experience with an electronic health record, Epic experience strongly preferred.

- Experience in a similar role as defined by specific department/procedure preferred.

Pay Range:
$41.85 - $62.78
