The Recall Management Coordinator will be the primary contact between the organization and ECRI Institute as well as coordination with facility end users and key stakeholders. This role will also assist in the optimization and development of the ECRI Recall Management system. Provide training and support for end-users with the Recall system program. Develop and prepare regular and ad-hoc enterprise-wide reports, dashboards for supply chain logistics leaders, Risk Management, and subcommittee meetings.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, Days
- Provide operational, data entry, and technical support for our recall alert management software .
- Provide customer service to end users needing assistance with technical issues, data updates, and end user training.
- Lead assigned projects in support of our Ministry objectives for quality, risk, and safety.
- Provide all requesting departments reports on recall notification status.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 3 years of Purchasing/Supply Chain experience required
- Must live within driving distance to one of Franciscan's campuse s
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

TRAVEL IS REQUIRED:
Up to 20%
