Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for an Executive Talent Management Analyst to be located in New Brunswick.
Purpose : The Executive Talent Management Analyst generates decision-ready insights that inform executive talent strategy and actions. The role cleans, prepares, reconciles, and validates structured and unstructured talent data from multiple sources; applies advanced analytical and AI-enabled techniques; and translates findings into concise narratives, visualizations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
This position supports succession planning, leadership assessment, readiness evaluation, development planning, talent movement, and broader executive talent management. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration & Quality
- Integrate, reconcile, and prepare data from multiple talent, assessment, performance, and organizational data sources for analysis.
- Validate data quality, identify inconsistencies or gaps, and implement rigorous quality assurance to ensure accuracy.
Psychometric & Assessment Evaluation
- Analyze psychometric, leadership assessment, feedback, and talent data to generate meaningful insights on leadership capability and potential.
- Support the design, validation, and continuous improvement of talent assessment and readiness evaluation methodologies.
Data Stewardship
- Apply appropriate data governance, privacy, and confidentiality standards when accessing, analyzing, and communicating information.
- Handle highly sensitive talent data with high discretion and professionalism.
Talent Intelligence & Analytics
- Integrate assessment, experience, career, performance, feedback, succession, and development data into comprehensive leadership profiles.
- Analyze readiness, succession, and development, across senior leadership populations.
- Develop clear evaluation methods, benchmarks, and decision frameworks that distinguish meaningful patterns and differences.
Analytics & Solution Development
- Apply AI, statistical analysis, similarity modeling, scoring, and predictive methods to defined talent questions.
- Design, prototype, test, and improve repeatable analytical workflows and talent intelligence solutions.
- Validate methods and outputs for accuracy, evidence quality, explainability, and practical relevance.
Executive Decision Support
- Translate complex findings into concise executive narratives, visualizations, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Partner with the executive talent management team members to frame questions and convert insights into targeted actions.
- Clearly communicate evidence, assumptions, limitations, and confidence levels to support sound human judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent analytics, people analytics, executive assessment, or a related analytical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience applying AI methods to business problems.
- Knowledge of leadership assessment, succession planning, leadership development and talent evaluation methods.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive presentations, visualizations, and recommendations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
