About the Role

As a Enterprise Data Solution Architect, you will lead the technical foundation of a large-scale integration program. This role is responsible for defining the target data and analytics architecture, driving integration strategy, and ensuring alignment between business needs, enterprise standards, and vendor delivery.

You will act as the design authority, ensuring all Data & Analytics solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned to long-term enterprise platforms (e.g., Fabric, Snowflake, SAP, Qlik/Power BI).

What You Will Do

- Define end-to-end D&A architecture design across to be environments
- Lead current-state assessment and target-state design for data platforms, pipelines, and reporting
- Establish data integration patterns (API, ETL/ELT, CDC, batch vs real-time)
- Approve source-to-target data mappings, semantic models, and reporting layers
- Define data modelling, governance, and security architecture (RLS, IAM)
- Provide technical direction to external/vendor teams
- Lead architecture governance forums and design reviews
- Oversee cutover architecture, performance, and scalability validation
- Closely work with business, cross functional teams for integrated data and reporting delivery

What You Need to Be Successful

- 10+ years of experience in enterprise data & analytics solutions involving multi source system environment such as ERP’s, CRM’s as well OT platforms along with custom applications
- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure databricks / Microsoft Fabric / Power BI and/or Qlik
- Experience with SAP ECC/S4 data models (CDS, ODP, extractors)
- Background in hands-on experience in distributed computing skills like Pyspark, PySQL
- Deep understanding of data integration patterns (batch, API, streaming, CDC)
- Strong exposure to Data governance, metadata, lineage etc
- Exposure to Security and access controls in reporting as well as data platforms
- Proven ability to work with business + technical stakeholders
- Experience in leading vendor/SI engagements and make architecture trade-off decisions

Bonus Points if You Have

- Experience in data platform migration or integration programs
- Exposure to data mesh / domain-driven architecture
- Worked in hybrid environments (on-prem + cloud migration)
- Exposure to GenAI integration in analytics platforms
- You are willing to travel, if necessary.
- Willing to work in hybrid environment

Salary Ranges:
$ 125,250 - $ 183,700
