About this role
We are hiring Demo/General Laborers for work at construction projects located in Cape Cod, that meet the following criteria:
Responsibilities:
•Perform tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
•May clean and prepare sites, clean up debris and other waste materials.
•May assist other craft workers.
Qualifications:
- Speak English.
- Entry Level - No Experience required - We are willing to train you as long as you're coachable! - However, experience in construction or demolition as a laborer or skilled laborer is preferred!
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Must be able to work in, on, around, over and under equipment and machinery.
- Must be able to lift heavy weighted materials/equipment (50 – 70+ lbs.).
- Must be able to work in adverse or extreme weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear and work in personnel protective equipment.
- Must have a vehicle or reliable means of transportation to and from jobsite.
- Must have high regard for safety in the workplace.
- Good attitude: must work well with others and take direction.
- Must be responsible and punctual.
