Position Summary
Coordinates transitions to new vendors, new business or technical processes, new technology or significant changes to current technology. Implements changes that will affect business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders and will present challenges in complexity or deadlines. Performs duties under limited supervision. May perform duties in one or more of the following disciplines: Technical Systems, Security Data.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes business or technical processes with a moderate to high impact for stakeholders.
- Conducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations, and validates solutions to effect transitional changes.
- Detects and prevents threats to the organization, through security audits and risk analysis.
- Ensures actions are in alignment with enterprise strategies.
- Effectively communicates with customers, team members or other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conducts investigations in collaboration with internal and external entities.
- Utilizes technical guidance received from leaders and higher-level peers to address complex problems and projects.
- Administers the daily operations and implementation of all security, emergency communication and fire life safety systems.
- Develops and maintains a strong knowledge of ERIE's technical security systems. Inclusive of all related procedures and practices.
- Assists senior staff with all security related initiatives and implementation resolutions.
- Assists with the development of training programs and applications for all related security and fire/life safety systems both at the Home Office and field office locations.

Qualifications
Minimum Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus three years' related experience; or
- Associate's degree in a technical field, plus five years' related experience; or
- Industry certification (CISA, CSIH, CISSP, PSP, CPP, NICET IV) and three years’ related experience; or
- High school diploma plus seven years' related experience.
Additional Experience
- 24/7 on call as needed, restrict vacations during peak periods, and travel (including overnight stays) are required.
