Join Kuehne+Nagel and play a key role in coordinating customer-focused export operations within our Sea Logistics team.

## How you create impact

- Coordinate maritime export operations according to customer instructions and established procedures.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing follow-up throughout the export operation.
- Coordinate ocean shipments with origin and destination offices/sites.
- Follow up on maritime export processes, ensuring timely execution and KPI compliance.
- Create and update Working Instructions (WI) and SOPs for assigned accounts.
- Support the implementation and reimplementation of maritime logistics business.
- Coordinate with OCC, Commercial, Finance and other internal teams involved in the operation.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding or international logistics, with experience in maritime operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Logistics and Incoterms.
- Knowledge of customs processes.
- Advanced English.
- Strong customer service, communication, organization and planning skills.
- Ability to manage conflicts, work under pressure and collaborate with different teams.
