Position Summary

The Salesforce Analyst supports the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Salesforce and associated business applications. This role partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, provide application support, document business processes, and participate in application enhancement projects that support Bedrock's leasing, development, legal, and operational functions. The Salesforce Analyst works closely with the Applications team and business users to ensure technology solutions effectively support business processes and organizational objectives

Essential Functions

- Respond to user requests, support tickets, and application issues while documenting progress and resolutions within established support and project management systems.

- Administer Salesforce and related applications, including user setup, security, configuration, and ongoing platform maintenance.

- Perform business and technical requirements gathering and document technical specifications, workflows, and business processes.

- Provide second-level application support and coordinate issue escalation with vendors and technology partners as needed.

- Serve as a primary resource for application configuration, upgrades, change management activities, system administration, and troubleshooting.

- Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including flows, fields, record types, Lightning pages, reports, dashboards, user security, permission sets, groups, and related platform features.

- Troubleshoot complex Salesforce flow and configuration issues and develop solutions to support business operations.

- Create and maintain application support documentation, knowledge base articles, training materials, and user guides.

- Collaborate with project teams using standard project management and development tools to support application enhancements and implementations.

- Support testing, deployment, and validation activities associated with application changes and enhancements.

- Translate business needs into practical and scalable application solutions.

- Assist in application roadmap planning, enhancement prioritization, training, and continuous improvement efforts.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

- Minimum 4 years of experience administering Salesforce or a comparable enterprise application platform.

- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and developing technical specifications.

- Experience supporting leasing, legal, development, construction, property management, or related business applications preferred.

- Experience participating in application architecture, development, integration, implementation, and support activities.

- Experience configuring Salesforce security, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, permissions, and user administration.

- Experience working within commercial real estate organizations and integrated development, construction, and property management environments preferred.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Work Environment

- Bedrock is an in-person, five-day-a-week workplace. All team members are expected to work on site Monday through Friday during standard business hours, unless otherwise specified by their role or designated shift.

- Some roles may have flexibility to work remotely on Fridays, based on the nature of the work and business needs. This flexibility is granted at the discretion of the Company and may be adjusted at any time.

- Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use; occasional movement between buildings; ability to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
