Senior Full Stack Developer – Enterprise FinOps Platform

Inabia is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a high-impact engineering team building and evolving an enterprise FinOps and Cloud Financial Management platform. The platform delivers cloud cost visibility, budgeting, forecasting, optimization recommendations, cost allocation, AI-powered insights, and multi-cloud financial management across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This is a hands-on role with meaningful scope to influence architecture, champion engineering best practices, and mentor fellow developers.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications supporting enterprise FinOps and cloud financial management workflows.
- Build modern web applications, dashboards, reporting interfaces, and data-driven user experiences using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
- Develop backend services, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven/serverless applications using Python and AWS-native services.
- Design and implement cloud-native and serverless architectures on AWS.
- Work with large-scale cloud cost and usage data using data lakes, analytics platforms, and distributed processing technologies.
- Develop platform capabilities for cloud cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and chargeback.
- Integrate and work with AWS Cost & Usage Report (CUR) and the FOCUS data model.
- Build AI-powered application features including intelligent recommendations, workflow automation, and natural-language interfaces.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product managers, and engineering teams to translate requirements into production-ready technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture discussions, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and production support activities.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and consistently promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Adhere to secure software development and cloud engineering standards throughout the SDLC.

Key Qualifications

- 8–12 years of software development experience with a strong full stack engineering background.
- Hands-on AWS development expertise spanning Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, DynamoDB, Athena, Glue, Redshift, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
- Proven experience with serverless and event-driven architectures and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation).
- Strong frontend proficiency with React, TypeScript, and JavaScript; experience building enterprise dashboards and reporting applications.
- Backend development expertise in Python; strong command of REST APIs, microservices design, and SQL.
- Experience processing and analyzing large-scale datasets using data lake architectures, Apache Iceberg, Athena, Redshift, and Glue.
- Solid understanding of FinOps and cloud financial management concepts: cost optimization, budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, chargeback, and AWS CUR.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications; familiarity with Amazon Bedrock, GenAI/LLM integrations, and natural-language interface design.
- DevOps fluency: GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/containerization, and automated testing frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical mentoring capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

- FinOps certification (e.g., FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent).
- AWS Solutions Architect certification.
- Hands-on experience with Azure and/or GCP cost management tooling.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Background in enterprise SaaS or large-scale internal platform development.
- Prior experience with commercial or internal cloud financial management platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a track record of working directly alongside business and technical leadership.
