Job Summary
As a Production Trainee 3 at Valeo Management, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, learning to operate machinery, ensuring product quality, and contributing to efficient production lines under direct supervision. This role is designed for individuals seeking to develop foundational skills and knowledge in a dynamic production environment.

Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
* Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various manufacturing tasks.
* Perform quality checks on products at different stages of the production process, identifying and reporting defects.
* Support senior production staff in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge of production systems.
* Follow all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
* Contribute to problem-solving initiatives and continuous improvement efforts on the production line.
* Document production data as required, including quantities produced and quality control results.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production status and issues.

Job Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and learn new processes quickly.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing setting.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.
* Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
