About this role
Individual will be responsible for maintaining their workstation—assembly of electrical control panels to operate air compressors and other related machinery. The individual will be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to complete the task at hand. Must be able to lift at least 40lb. Assemble custom electrical control panels efficiently. Assemblers must be able to follow and understand assembly instructions and wire assembled components from simple schematics and/or wire lists.
• Must have the ability to work efficiently without direct supervision.
• Wire panel devices according to the provided electrical schematics
• Route and bundle wires and cables neatly and according to established electrical standards
• Check work to ensure error-free products
• Maintain a neat, efficient, and safe workplace
• Adhere to all quality and safety codes.
• Communicate any inaccuracies to the Shop Manager.
• Undertake other reasonable tasks as may be required from time to time.
• Prepare completed control panels for shipment.
• Communicate effectively with all team members.
