Regional Administrator – Dialysis Operations (MA/RI/NY/CT)
Position Type: Remote with occasional travel within region
About the Role
Innovative Renal Care is seeking a Regional Administrator to support our Group Vice President in managing the operations and financial performance of multiple dialysis facilities across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, and Connecticut. While this role is primarily remote, occasional travel is required.
This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare administrator or operations professional who thrives on problem-solving, analyzing data, and driving efficiency across a multi-site healthcare environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support leadership with operational and financial management across multiple dialysis facilities
- Monitor clinic KPIs, staffing, schedules, and labor efficiency
- Oversee supply management, ordering, and cost-savings initiatives
- Assist with financial modeling, forecasts, budgets, and P&L analysis
- Prepare presentations for financial review meetings with physicians and JV partners
- Support clinic admissions, onboarding of Clinic Managers, and compliance/licensure requirements
- Implement corporate initiatives and regional business plans
- Act as a key point of contact for budget inquiries and approvals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Healthcare, medical, or dialysis administration experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Proven ability to analyze data, manage projects, and improve processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally to clinics across MA, RI, NY, and CT
