PROPOSITO DEL PUESTO:

Gestionar la cobranza según la política corporativa de cobranza.

RESPONSABILIDADES Y ALCANCE:

- Identificación diaria de los ingresos registrados en los estados de cuentas bancaria de la empresa.
- Actualizar las cuentas por cobrar de los clientes (DEBTORS), para luego pasar el informe a contabilidad para la aplicación de estos al sistema contable.
- Según información registrada en el debtors, realizará la gestiona de cobranza enviando estados de cuentas a los clientes; con deuda corriente y morosa de ALS LS Perú S.A.C.
- Control y estado de la gestión de cobranza
- Enviar relación de auto detracciones a cuentas por pagar.
- Control de los depósitos no identificados
- Control de las detracciones indebidas de los clientes
- Reporte de clientes para bloqueo y central de riesgo
- Preparación del file para Castigo

REQUISITOS DE POSICIÓN:

Calificación:

- Educación: Técnico o Superior Universitario – En curso / Egresado
- Formación: Contabilidad
- Experiencia: 01 año en Contabilidad, Tesorería, Cuentas por Cobrar

Conocimiento Técnico :

- Office XP (deseable)
- Excel intermedio (deseable)
- Conocimiento en Comprobantes de pagos (deseable)
- Módulos SUNAT (deseable)

- Comunicación efectiva.
- Trabajo en equipo.
- Mejora continua.
- Interés por el cliente.
- Planificación y organización

Otros Requisitos :

- Disponibilidad para viajar.
